Golfer's Elbow Relief & Recovery

Golfer's elbow, or medial epicondylitis, causes pain and inflammation on the inner side of the elbow. At Ultraphysiocare, our physiotherapists use proven techniques to relieve tendon pain and restore full forearm and grip function.

What Is Golfer's Elbow?

Golfer's elbow results from overuse or repetitive stress on the flexor tendons attached to the medial epicondyle. It is common among golfers, throwers, and those performing repetitive wrist flexion activities. Symptoms include inner elbow pain, forearm stiffness, weakness in the wrist and hand, and tingling into the fingers.

Without proper treatment, medial epicondylitis can progress to chronic tendinopathy. Physiotherapy targets the root cause — tendon degeneration and muscle imbalance — to restore function and prevent recurrence.

Who Can Benefit?

  • Golfers and throwing athletes with inner elbow pain
  • Construction workers and tradespeople with repetitive forearm strain
  • Individuals with weakness or numbness in the hand
  • Those whose pain worsens with wrist flexion or gripping
  • Post-injection elbow rehabilitation patients
